Your enquiries
When you submit a form, your contact details and the information you enter are sent to ImmoConcept so we can handle your enquiry and respond. For a detailed valuation request, the location and living area you entered are also sent. Notifications are addressed to info@immoconceptsuisse.com. This does not subscribe you to a marketing list. The fictional range in the demonstration module is not a market valuation.
Technical services and this preview’s limitation
The site is hosted on ChatGPT Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. Resend sends form notifications to ImmoConcept. This site does not copy enquiries into a new CRM. Technical controls limit abusive sending; their temporary hashes and counters do not contain the text of your enquiry. The platform and its providers may process connection information and logs under their own rules.
Retention
The submitted content is kept in ImmoConcept’s mailbox for handling your enquiry. Contact info@immoconceptsuisse.com with questions about your data. The site does not create an additional prospect database or store form contents in its technical counters. Hosting-platform and email-service logs follow their own retention rules.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion within the applicable limits by emailing info@immoconceptsuisse.com. A proportionate identity check may be necessary. Sign-in and preferences
No account is required to send an enquiry. A technical session cookie, valid for 30 minutes and inaccessible to browser scripts, protects form submissions. Your language and external-video choice are saved in browser local storage; management-journey resume uses the tab’s session storage. This update adds no third-party analytics or advertising tool.
Administration and media
Sending an enquiry creates neither a personal account nor a client area. The site does not offer personal-file uploads. Rights to texts, photographs, plans and images remain with their respective holders. External videos and links to other services keep their own functionality.
